Nigerian policemen are not smiling. Just recently, some policemen
on duty arrested some traffic offenders along Mile 2, Oshodi-Apapa
Expressway, Lagos. Among the traffic offenders arrested was a
soldier.
If Oga Police can arrest Oga Soldier, then who are you to break the
