First lady of Zimbabwe. Grace Mugabe believes any
woman that is raped by a man is the architect of her
misfortune.
Mrs. Mugabe speaking in public said ‘moral
decadence’ and indecent dressing is the main reason
women get raped. She said “ If you walk around wearing
mini skirts displaying your thighs and inviting men to drool
over you, then you want to complain when you have been
raped? It’s unfortunate because it will be your fault. ”
