On whether former president Goodluck Jonathan would be invited over the arms scandal, Magu said Jonathan has not been invited because memos and documents regarding the disbursement of the $2.1 billion indicate that the money was not approved for political campaign. He said Jafar Isa who was arrested recently for receiving N170 million from former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd), has refunded N100 million and signed an undertaking to refund the balance. He said in spite of the refund, Isa would still be prosecuted.
